The Music of Lesson 5: Donato

Safe and steady, that is the music of Edgardo Donato, but it is not the whole truth. He is deservedly a favourite among dancers of all levels - there is deep feeling there, added to by the voice of Donato mainstay Horacio Lagos, and there is a deep rhythmic layer in his tangos, valses and his excellent milongas - his trademark piece "Ella Es Así" is one of the best-known and most popular milongas ever.
